Account Executive

Superior Exhibits & Design, Inc. is a full service designer and fabricator of museum exhibits, tradeshow exhibits, corporate showrooms, retail fixtures, and special projects.  Superior offers exceptional customer service in all areas from initial concept design to fabrication, delivery, installation, on-site management and long-term storage.

We offer an excellent compensation package, including base salary, commission, benefits, and the resources to succeed.  This position is perfect for highly motivated, results-driven sales professionals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
•   Plan and execute effective sales strategy
•   Introduce prospective clients to capabilities, products, and services
•   Obtain new accounts and maintain/expand existing accounts
•   Work with internal teams to develop creative solutions
•   Develop and deliver concise, compelling sales messages, proposals, and presentations
•   Handle objectives and close sales
•   Activate aggressive follow up to ensure frequent client interaction
•   Manage projects with the assistance of an internal support team
•   Update and maintain client records in database
•   Meet or exceed goal expectations

Skills and Experience:
•   Highly motivated individual

•   Minimum 2 years of proven experience/success selling exhibits
•   A strong work ethic and impeccable character
•   Proven track record of obtaining new accounts

•   Ability to achieve and/or exceed sales quotas
•   Stellar prospecting and sales management skills
•   PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet search tools
•   Strong sales skills and a proven success record

•   Ability to travel as necessary
