Bookkeeper / Office

Superior Exhibits & Design, Inc. is a full service designer and fabricator of museum exhibits, tradeshow exhibits, corporate showrooms, retail fixtures, and special projects.  Superior offers exceptional customer service in all areas from initial concept design to fabrication, delivery, installation, on-site management and long-term storage.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  •   Billing Coordinator
  •   Generate custom client invoices
  •   Maintain Accounts Receivable Ageing and collect payments
  •   Post daily transactions in SAGE 100
  •   Create spreadsheets, documents, and reports
  •   Maintain monthly sales commission spreadsheet
  •   Maintain Schedules
  •   Preparation of 1099, W2, and W3 tax forms
  •   Monthly close procedures including adjusting entries
  •   Reconcile General Ledger accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  •   Organize and manage annual physical inventory
  •   Special projects

  •   Highly motivated individual

  •   Minimum 2 years of proven experience/success
  •   Exemplary communication, presentation, and customer services skills
  •   PC proficiency in Microsoft Office
  •   Experience in Microsoft Excel Macros is a plus
  •   Experience in SAGE 100 is a plus
  •   Experience in Crystal Reports is a plus
  •   Proven communication, time management, and organizational skills
  •   Problem solving skills
